WELCOME LUNCH
Sunday 17th November 12:30-2:00pm, Church Hall
A special welcome lunch for anyone who is new to St John’s in the last 12 months or has not been to a welcome lunch before. We would love to get to know you better! Your children and family are welcome too. The meal is free. Please contact Sally at The Church Office if you would like to come, mentioning who will be coming and any dietary requirements, so we can plan for catering. You can also just let Angie, our vicar, know on the day, e.g. before/after the service, if you would like to come. Hope to see you there!
KINTSUGI HOPE
Kintsugi Hope is a free 11 week course, offering a safe and supportive space for people to explore mental and emotional wellbeing. The course provides tools for managing issues such as disappointment, loss, anxiety, anger, perfectionism, shame and forgiveness.

DYING MATTERS
Sunday 7th July, St John’s Church Centre, 3:30pm
Dying Matters is a café space to talk about death, dying and funerals.
Join us for great conversation in a safe, supportive and informal small group, with lovely refreshments, no fixed answers, everyone welcome and no cost – it is free! For more information, please email Sylvia.
BUMPS & BABIES
Every Monday | Church Centre
Join other parents, carers and grandparents for a morning of playing, talking and a cup of tea/coffee. From bumps to babies to toddlers – you are welcome.
Mondays 10:30am – 11:45am
YOUTH CAFÉ
Every Tuesday, 3:30pm – 6pm, During Term Time.
St John’s Centre (Coffee Shop), School Years 7 to 13.
Drop in to chat and play games, stay as long as you like!
Free food and drink available.
THE WELL
The Well is a free wellbeing drop in space for all the community, where you can take a bit of time out for yourself, with a cup of tea, books to browse, colouring, knitting or just space to be. It is a friendly, safe space to come and connect with others and be refreshed. You are welcome to drop in to take a quick breather or stay for the whole time. We’d love to see you there.

MEN'S BREAKFAST
Men’s Breakfast offers men at St John’s a small discipleship group, to engage with the scriptures, grow in faith, learn more about God, build fellowship, and encourage one another to be disciples of Jesus.
Hosted at the Vicarage, or a nearby members’ home, we run on the 4th Saturday of every month, starting at 8am for breakfast, study and discussion, and finishing around 9.30am. We would love you to join us! For more information, please email Vince Smith.
COMMUNITY LUNCH
1st Wednesday each month, 12:15 for a 12:30 start.

Learn how to cook healthy, good value, delicious meals in a friendly and fun way, followed by tea and a chat, with a meal to take home and enjoy.

NAOMI'S FOOTSTEPS
Naomi’s Footsteps is a monthly group exclusively for ladies who live on their own. Each meeting intends to involve plenty of tea and cake, a large amount of chat and a varied program of entertainment that can included general interest talks, light-hearted quizzes and the like.
We meet 2nd Wednesday of the month 2pm-4pm | Hall 1
FORGET-ME-NOT CAFÉ
Under the umbrella of the Hartley Wintney Voluntary Care Group, with the support of Mothers Union, The Alzheimer’s Society and members of St. John’s, The Forget-Me-Not Cafe offers a warm welcome to those living with Dementia and their Carers every Tuesday afternoon in St John’s Church Centre, from 2-4pm. Tea, coffee and homemade cake with an opportunity to chat and make new friends. Table tennis, snooker and crafts available for those who wish to take part. No need to book, just drop in, you will be so welcome!
ALPHA
Alpha is a series of interactive sessions exploring the Christian faith. Each of the eleven sessions will include a meal together, a short film and a discussion where you can share your thoughts with a small group. There’s no pressure, no follow up and no charge.
